Calvary Cemetery in Anoka, MN is a peaceful burial site with over 4,000 interments. Established in the 1800s, it originally featured four central sections, later expanded to include Sections 5 through 9 and a dedicated infant section. In 2015, a granite columbarium with niches for cremated remains and a surrounding patio was added, complete with benches and an altar for prayer services.
Operated by St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, the cemetery has recently undergone updates that enhance its entrance with a granite cross, iron fencing, stone pillars, and improved pathways. Visitors attending Memorial Day Mass or visiting loved ones can access the site via Highway 10 to Garfield Street, where the entrance is clearly marked.
At Northland Companies, we are honored to assist families in Anoka and the surrounding area with custom headstones, memorials, and monument installations. We work with you to ensure your tribute respects cemetery regulations and beautifully honors your loved one.
